I have a demonstrated history of thriving, even in complex, regulated businesses. I’ve got extensive experience working with legal, product and tech partners in an agile environment to deliver scalable and accessible digital and physical features and services. From finding the problem to solve, through research, prototyping, and delivering final designs, I specialize in taking experiences from conception all the way to delivery.
I currently manage and lead a team of 5 working on Digital Servicing, Spend Management and New Product experience domains for Capital One's Small Business Credit Cards. My team works on conceiving of, researching, designing and tracking the success, or failure, of the digital services and features Capital One small business credit card customers use every day.
I led a team of two designers working on Digital Servicing & Spend Management experience domains for Capital One's Small Business Credit Cards. My team was responsible for conceiving of, researching and designing some of the digital services and features Capital One small business credit card customers use every day.
Researched, prototyped, designed and presented various experiences for Capital One's consumer card customers. This ranged from designing landing pages for 3rd party partnerships to designing and demonstrating next-generation onboarding experiences. This also included creating and researching strategies to deliver various features and services, including designing and launching the first Virtual Card experience for small business credit card customers.
Delivered user experience designs for Capital One Home Loans customers. This included supporting iOS, Android, and web tech teams, as well as tech teams for other internal platforms.
User Experience Lead of an AT&T team focused on data analytics and reporting. Worked with AT&T and other Tekzenit clients creating and redesigning experiences and interfaces.
